Masterchef by Anurup Kumar

Hey! Love food? If you do this article is going to be delicious for you.

What is Masterchef?

Masterchef is a television competitive show in which various passioate cooks participate in competitive culinary challenges to develop their cooking skills and win the title of ‘Masterchef’.

Cooking. A word used a lot in the modern day. Seems a rather easy task to do, though it isn’t so.

What is cooking?

Cooking is a real vast term these days and it can be put together in various ways, but to me cooking is a joy, and I think so because of various reasons, one of them being: when I am feeling like I am nobody cooking can lift me up entirely. Though in technical terms cooking is the practice or skill of preparing food by combining, mixing and heating ingredients.

Those delicious days!

1992 U.K: Masterchef was created by Franc Roddam (thank you so much), which originated in July 1992 in U.K.

2001 STOP: In 2001 Masterchef had been stopped due to various issues (I hate the guy who did so).

2005 REVIVIE: In 2005 Masterchef had been revived (thank god!) in the name ‘Masterchef goes Large. In 2008 the ‘goes Large’ part of the name was dropped but the format remained same.

2016 TODAY: Today Masterchef is one of the most watched shows in the world and is loved by every 82/100!

Various rounds

Masterchef has various rounds you have to overcome to reach the top (blood, sweat and hardwork.

Mystery box, Invention test, Team/pair challenge, Immunity challenge, pressure test, wild card, masterclass, Finals week challenge.

My favourite challenge among these is Mystery Box as you can really cook your heart out with certain amount of ingredients set by the judges/guests. After the challenge only the most exciting, good looking dishes get tasted after which the best dish’s maker gets an advantage in the Invention test.

Hard work is the key to the delicious crown #Masterchef.
